Soroptimist International of Wheeling WV is holding in person meetings and planning fundraisers.
Meetings are the 4th Tuesday of each month. They are held at WALS (Wheeling Academy of Law & Science), also known as the First State Capital, 1413 Eoff Street, Wheeling.
Optional Dinner, for a fee, is at 5:30 P.M. Meetings start at 6 P.M.

Live Your Dream Award Winners 2022
The Winners are:
$2000 to Melinda Crook
$1500 to Melody Martin.
Both are students at WVNCC and were very grateful for the award. In addition, they received a variety of gift cards. They are now eligible to be considered for additional awards on the regional level.
The Soroptimist Live Your Dream Award is given to women who provide primary financial for their family. The award can be used for books, tuition, childcare, transportation, or household expenses.

Community Service Project - March 2022
Our March project focused on making donations to the North Wheeling Community Center. We are proud to support Rev Darrell W. Cummings and the work of his congregation.
Donations included books and crayons, hygiene products, and Easter clothing and shoes for women and girls. Making the delivery is our Community Service Chair, Greta Swann
